Ken and Jo have become our regular motel relievers after trialling many couples over the last 4 years here at our 24 roomed motel in Wanaka. We feel their professional, hardworking and friendly nature and their ability to take on any challenge that arises is a benefit to this industry and to anyone who needs some help during busy times or relief to have a much-needed break.
Jo’s history working in office administration certainly shines through with sorting out accounts and guests’ requests in a very organised diplomatic way. Ken works tirelessly ensuring housekeeping staff are working at a high standard and is able to ensure our gardens, lawns and pool maintenance are attended to so therefore not needing extra staff to attend to these.
Now we find there is a seamless transition when we go for our holidays with our family we can relax knowing that they will deal with all the issues that generally occur and they will only contact us if it’s a major issue. What more do you want when you go away!!!
